Liquid nitrogen tank can generally be divided into liquid nitrogen storage tank (PN004746.PN004747), liquid nitrogen transport tank (PN004751.PN004750) two. The storage tank is mainly used for the static storage of indoor liquid nitrogen, and should not be used for long-distance transportation in the working state. In order to meet the transportation conditions, the liquid nitrogen transport tank has made a special shockproof design. In addition to static storage, it can also be used for transportation under the condition of filling liquid nitrogen, but it should also avoid violent collision and vibration.

Use and Storage of Mountain Liquid Nitrogen Tank
Use of liquid nitrogen tank
1. inspection before use
Before the liquid nitrogen tank is filled with liquid nitrogen, first check whether the shell is recessed and whether the vacuum exhaust port is intact. If it is damaged, the vacuum degree will be reduced, and the air cannot be kept warm in severe cases, so that the upper part of the tank will be frosted, the loss of liquid nitrogen will be large, and the value of continued use will be lost. Secondly, check the inside of the tank, if there is foreign matter, must be taken out to prevent the liner is corroded.
Filling of 2. liquid nitrogen
Be careful when filling with liquid nitrogen. For new tanks or tanks in a dry state, they must be filled slowly and pre-cooled to prevent damage to the inner tank and reduce the service life. Do not pour liquid nitrogen on the vacuum exhaust port when filling liquid nitrogen, so as not to cause the vacuum degree to drop. The cover plug is made of thermal insulation material, which can not only prevent the evaporation of liquid nitrogen, but also play the role of fixing the lifting cylinder. Therefore, it is necessary to minimize wear when switching to extend the service life.
Inspection during 3. use
Check frequently during use. You can observe with your eyes or touch the shell with your hands. If you find frost on the outside, you should stop using it. Especially when the inner wall of the neck tube is frozen, it is not advisable to scrape with a knife to prevent the inner wall of the neck tube from being damaged and causing poor vacuum. Instead, the liquid nitrogen should be taken out and allowed to melt naturally.
Storage of liquid nitrogen tank
Placement of 1. liquid nitrogen tank
Liquid nitrogen tanks should be stored in a well-ventilated and cool place, not in the sun. Due to its manufacturing precision and its inherent characteristics, no matter in use or storage, the liquid nitrogen tank is not allowed to tilt, horizontal, inverted, piled, collide with each other or collide with other objects.
Cleaning of 2. liquid nitrogen tank
When the liquid nitrogen tank is idle, rinse it with clean water, drain the water, blow it dry with a blower, and place it at room temperature for later use. After the liquid nitrogen in the liquid nitrogen tank volatilizes, the remaining missing substances (such as frozen sperm) melt quickly and become liquid substances attached to the inner container, which will cause corrosion to the inner container of aluminum alloy. If a cavity is formed, the liquid nitrogen tank will be scrapped. Therefore, it is very necessary to scrub the tank after the liquid nitrogen in the liquid nitrogen tank is exhausted. The specific scrubbing method is as follows: firstly, take out the lifting cylinder in the liquid nitrogen tank, remove the liquid nitrogen, and leave it for 2-3 days. when the temperature in the tank rises to about 0 ℃, pour warm water of about 30 ℃ and scrub with cloth. If it is found that individual melted substances stick to the bottom of the liner, be sure to wash it carefully. Then rinse with water several times, then invert the liquid nitrogen tank, place it in a safe place indoors, and dry it naturally, or dry it with a blower as mentioned above. Note that during the whole brushing process, the action should be gentle, the temperature of pouring water should not exceed 40 ℃, and the total weight should not exceed 2kg.
Safe transportation of 3. liquid nitrogen tank
The liquid nitrogen tank must be installed in the wooden frame with soft cushion and fixed during transportation. The tank should be separated from the tank with filler to prevent bumping and impact and to prevent dumping. When loading and unloading the truck, it is necessary to prevent the liquid nitrogen tank from hitting, and it is not allowed to drag it on the ground at will, so as not to reduce the service life of the liquid nitrogen tank.
