Founded in 2005, the company is a Sino-Singapore (Singapore) joint venture with a registered capital of 80 million yuan and an area of 85000 square meters. It consists of LNG Engineering Division, Marine Export Equipment Department and Petrochemical Equipment Department, providing high-quality products and services for petroleum, chemical, natural gas, electric power, shipbuilding and other industries for a long time.

In 2014, the company produced China's second semi-submersible drilling platform "8 4 large dry powder cement tank" for Dalian Shipyard, which was well received by users and ABS Shipyard. In foreign countries, the company focuses on the development of the global market, especially the equipment manufacturing of pressure vessels in shipbuilding and marine engineering. It provides Singapore Keppel Group with drilling platform steering devices and elevator accessories, and provides Raffles Shipyard and Indonesia Badan Shipyard. Provided marine pressure vessels, and produced a large number of marine pressure vessels for the United States, Brazil, Thailand, Japan, Poland, and Russia.
The company is a supplier of Swedish MacGregor, Norwegian Randaberg in China, and has provided marine equipment for the Dutch Carlsen group for nearly 10 years.
In 2012, Wilda seized the market opportunity and successfully introduced a complete set of advanced LNG refrigeration standard container manufacturing technologies and processes from abroad, forming an annual production capacity of 1000 standard container containers. At the same time, Wilda also produced LNG cryogenic equipment series products such as LNG large storage tanks, LNG filling station integrated equipment, small LNG gasification stations, etc., with technology as the traction, quality as the foundation and service as the guarantee, completely enter the LNG cryogenic equipment manufacturing industry.
